OUR CLASSES
Get up and Go / Balance, Strength & Go
These exercise classes help to improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence and are delivered by OTAGO exercise program qualified instructors.

We offer three different levels:

Lite: a mostly seated class, with some standing elements.

Standard: a mostly standing class, with some seated elements.
-
Plus: all of the above, plus a bit more!
General rehabilitation
This session is available for anyone to attend.
Stretch & Go
This gym session uses elements of the OTAGO programme and gym equipment to help with your rehabilitation.
Drop in / 1-2-1 session
The drop in sessions are for anyone to drop in and train. If you have missed your normal session, this is where you can catch up. The 1-2-1 sessions are private, for those who need that little bit more help with their rehabilitation.
Neuro - Rehabilitation sessions
A seat-based exercise class, designed to help improve strength and balance, especially aiding the muscles used in everyday activity. The exercises are performed from the comfort of a chair and each exercise is performed at a pace that suits you.
Cancer Rehabilitation Session
Exercise is known to help reduce many symptoms of cancer treatment and aid in building strength during and after treatment. We are able to help anyone living with cancer at any stage of illness or treatment.
Seated Yoga
Seated yoga is a gentle practice that can be performed while sitting on a chair or with a chair for support.
Village Yoga
Our sessions are designed to help you unwind, connect with nature, and find inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll find a welcoming community ready to support your journey.
Mums & Tots class
Pilates inspired movement, ideal for pre and post partum.
After work
Looking for a space where you can truly focus on your fitness goals? Our small, intimate gym is your perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Join us Monday - Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm for an hour dedicated entirely to you. Everyone is welcome!
