One of Northampton's best kept secrets: The Wellness Gym. Don't be fooled by the unassuming location! Once you visit us you will see that we have a great, fully equipped gym with modern gym kit and highly friendly and experience staff. 

The Wellness Gym offers a variety of physical rehabilitation sessions and classes, delivered by our experienced trainers to support those with a wide range of disabilities and health issues. 

We offer an inclusive range of exercise rehabilitation sessions but also seek to challenge and support different levels of fitness combined with a healthy lifestyle - particularly as we grow older. The combined expertise at The Wellness Gym is available to anybody with, or without, underlying health conditions who just want to be as fit and healthy as they can be.
